You remain responsible for complying with each connected network's terms, policies, content rules, and account requirements. You can disconnect a social account at any time.
You keep ownership of the text, images, videos, and other content you submit. You give us a limited licence to host, process, copy, and transmit that content only as needed to operate Hey Tasky and carry out your publishing instructions.
You are responsible for your content and for confirming that you have the rights and permissions needed to publish it.
You may not use Hey Tasky to:
Hey Tasky may help draft or revise content using artificial intelligence. AI output can be incomplete or incorrect. You are responsible for reviewing and approving content before publishing it. We do not guarantee that generated content is accurate, original, lawful, or suitable for your purpose.
Some features may require a paid subscription. Prices, billing periods, trial terms, and renewal details will be shown before purchase. Except where required by law, fees already paid are not refundable. You can cancel a subscription before its next renewal.
Hey Tasky depends on third party services, including social networks, hosting providers, authentication services, and AI providers. Their availability and rules can change without our control. We are not responsible for a third party service suspending an account, rejecting content, changing an API, or becoming unavailable.
We work to keep Hey Tasky reliable, but we do not promise uninterrupted or error-free service. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features when needed for security, legal compliance, platform compatibility, or product development.
Hey Tasky and its software, design, branding, documentation, and other materials are owned by us or our licensors. These terms do not transfer that ownership to you. You may not copy, sell, reverse engineer, or distribute those materials except where the law expressly allows it.
You may stop using Hey Tasky at any time. We may restrict or terminate access if you materially breach these terms, create security or legal risk, misuse connected platforms, or fail to pay applicable fees. Where practical, we will give notice and an opportunity to fix the issue.
Hey Tasky is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Nothing in these terms excludes warranties or rights that cannot legally be excluded.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Red Brick Labs will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from your use of Hey Tasky.
Our total liability for claims relating to the service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us during the 12 months before the claim or CAD $100. This limit does not apply where liability cannot legally be limited.
These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there, without regard to conflict of law rules. The courts located in Toronto, Ontario will have exclusive jurisdiction, unless applicable consumer law requires otherwise.
